I’m Molly — a hospitality professional, strategist, and author with real, hands-on industry experience. I’ve worked behind the scenes of events, destinations, and service-based businesses, which means I understand the pressure, the pace, and the details that actually matter.

My work spans consulting, speaking, and storytelling — translating real industry experiences into insights that help hospitality professionals lead, grow, and evolve with confidence.

Molly Quality was created to support hospitality and event service providers who are exceptional at what they do — but want stronger systems, clearer positioning, and a brand that truly reflects their level.

Through strategic consulting, education, speaking, and long-form writing, I’m building a platform rooted in real stories, practical lessons, and future-focused thinking. This work is expanding beyond services — into resources and thought leadership designed to serve the industry long-term.

The Barr family is always on the move — whether that’s traveling somewhere new, sharing a good bottle of wine, or dancing their way through life together. At home, you’ll find Molly and John cooking side by side (their favorite weekly date night), with Parker never too far behind. Molly has a love for shopping that continues to outgrow the closet, while John keeps things grounded — and together, they’ve built a life centered around experiences, quality time, and a little bit of fun along the way.
